I'am really don't see a big different between the man and the women in U.S.A,and U.S.A Civilized country.That have fair between the man and the women,but i see different the jobs for women in U.S.A and in my country.

First, in some jobs there is a difference between men and women because men Imalk nature Aamlhi harder than women, for example in the field of nursing man arrested more than women, because the man that work nurse he used her mussel to move the machines, but in this point i have comment,because the women got money less than the men in some of jobs, that give the women Fortunes for than the men to find jobs,and because the women got less than the men in some jobs this will made in the Future some of Unemployment for men.

second,I was surprised when I saw a women work drove big track,and I was surprised too when I saw the women work hard jobs, the lady most work soft jobs, because the women is soft , she should work soft work, for example to work teacher, nurse or in office ,and keep the hard work for men.

Finally,in general I don,t find a big different between the men and women. This good point in U.S.A and in my country same don't have different between the men and the women but the different in my country that the women don't go and search for hard jobs because Almostamaa refuse the women work hard jobs.
